Ice Damage on the Lake April 16

A strong north wind drove ice down the lake for several hours on Wednesday morning, trashing docks and boathouses throughout the southern basin of the lake. The Lake George Club was particularly hard hit. Here are some photos sent by Jon Brodie of Yankee, where some well-timed manpower saved their docks from major damage.
