Old Business
The secretary’s report of the July meeting wasn’t there, no vote. Financial Update — cash on hand $3648.00 on July 31.

Publicity, Membership, Bulletin Board, Brochures
The cost of the banner (3' x 7') should be about $125.00. Bulletin Board is up but need décor — info, perhaps available crew, lessons, boats for sale, race results, membership contacts. Bill is waiting to hear from folks as to who can be cut from mailing list. Newsletter in August, late September then pre-banquet. Need race results. Brochures are expensive, we have 100 or so, wait until we have a plan.

Social
Looks good at the Boathouse for remainder of season. Show appreciation, banner, “thank you” in newsletter. Ideas for annual meeting/ banquet? See Deb, try to break even.

Race Committee
Trophies: Womens/Singles — Herm will contact John/ Bob. Looks like another $600 to be spent in trophies by years-end. Flags: Need more info on Class and Prep flag, by Tanzer NA’s? Note to Race Committee — we also need Individual Recall Flag.

Cruise Event
No show, no response. Offer specific destination/raft up for focus.

Y-Knot
Has located a used boat on the west coast, may be purchasing it. Lots of Ti Race Merchandise available: Black, White and 2001 T’s. Look for Chuck’s article in the Lake George Mirror as contributing writer. Ready up all hands to support the Yknot Regatta October 5-7.

Nominating
Up for renewal, all committee members present would continue.

By-laws
Up for review Spence, mid-winter work, by the fire?

New Business
US Sailing opportunity to assist sponsoring a young sailor, Herm to get details. Encourage work with Camp Chingachgook, local youth/ sailing (Our Mission).
