While slightly off-topic I feel this information is warranted.   

 

I use the weather channel's instant text alerts which really help on my
camping jaunts to the north end of the lake but more media rich content
including radar maps is also available on a mobile phone here:

BTW - I was getting ready to leave for a rare race this summer when I saw
what looked like "The Perfect Storm" approaching Saratoga thus I saved the
gas and probably some carnage.  

 

Glad everyone's well and probably a better sailor now.
