Hi Roger,

I am aware of this bill and I admit I have not read it in its entirety.

Having said that, as a sailor watching the increasingly foul buildup on my
hulls each year and the increasing dangers and wakes generated from
untrained 30+ foot powerboat skippers on what used to be a preciously clean
lake - I respectfully urge everyone to read the bill before blindly
protesting it for personal convenience.  

On a positive note - less than 1 week left on baby watch.
On a negative note - unfortunately I will miss LG-Ti this year.
