It was a great Wednesday Night of racing with tricky winds and lots to be gained sailing down the middle of the lake. Results for Race 3 can be found at: http://www.lakegeorgeracing.com/results.aspx?series=43
As for the current standings after 3 races with one throwout in effect:
Flying Circus is in First Place with 4 points - A very impressive start to the season. Congratulations
JaKo is in Second Place with 6 points - The Most Improved so far from last year's finish of 13th overall.
Crackerjack is in Third with 8 - Always a contender with a First Place the first race.
Wild Thing is in Fourth with 8 - Very consistent with counting two 4th places.
Vaporize is in Fifth with 9 - Determination certainly shows with posting a First Place in the second race.
There is a lot of excitement on Wednesday Nights. These next couple of weeks I'm sure will start to show an increase in participation. COME ON OUT AND JOIN THE FUN.

Below is a response I received from one of the competitors. Apparently there was more than one boat over the line. All boats over early were called by the RC. I know because unfortunately, I was at the boat end of the line (the wrong place to start!), and I heard the call. Only JaKo went back.
I will wait to hear from the Race Committee as to why they gave the "other boat" a finish time. I will also wait to hear from the "other boat" as to why he didn't restart. Those involved please let me know what you would like me to do in this situation. We need to keep Wednesday Nights as fair as possible with the limited RC resources.

Hi Rodger....I believe CrackerJack was way over the
line, ahead of Jako.....so, Jako went back, but CJ did
not. How come he has a finish score?
